Can we have an early check-in?

Our usual check-in time is from 15:00. However, if for those who wish to check in early, we would be delighted to offer you this option at a rate of ¥1000 per hour for two people, subject to availability on the day. We hope this flexibility enhances your stay with us.

Can you keep our luggage prior to check-in time?

We are more than happy to store your luggage free of charge on your check-in day, as well as on your check-out day. For other days, we offer this service for ¥1000 per day for one suitcase plus one carry-on bag. Please let us know your expected drop-off time so we can ensure your belongings are well taken care of.

Can we have a late check-out?

Our usual check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you wish to extend your stay, we are pleased to offer a late check-out option at a rate of ¥1000 per hour for two people, subject to availability on the day. We hope this option allows you to enjoy a more relaxed departure.

Can you keep our luggage after check-out?

Yes, certainly. We provide luggage storage after check-out. This service is complimentary on your check-out day. For other days, there is a fee of ¥1000 per day for one suitcase plus one carry-on bag. We are here to ensure your belongings are secure while you continue to explore.

Special Services for Your Special Day

We would be delighted to help you arrange surprises for birthdays, anniversaries, or other special occasions. Here are some options:

Plan A:

A bottle of sparkling wine or champagne

Plan B:

A bouquet of flowers (Sizes: S, M, L)

Plan C:

Room decoration: Happy Birthday sign + 6 balloons

Do you have a laundry service?

Yes, we offer a simple washing and drying laundry service. A laundry bag is provided in your room. Please fill it and leave it in our service room with your room number and fee. Instructions are available in the service room. *Please ensure all laundry items are dryer-safe; avoid sensitive items like silk, wool, or cashmere.

Do you have room wear, pajamas, or a dressing gown?

We have prepared a Yukata for you to use during your stay. If you wish to purchase it, please check the price with our staff.

How many room types do you have?

We offer two room types: Double and Queen. Please note that twin beds are not available.

Can we stay three people in one room?

We have a limited number of rooms where we can arrange an additional futon on the floor. Please contact us to check availability.

Can you call us a taxi when we check out?

There are two ways we can assist you:

  1. Requesting a Taxi: Our staff can request a taxi for you. Please come to the lobby reception 10-15 minutes prior to your desired departure time. Kindly note that there is a request fee charged by the taxi company for this service.
  2. Hailing a Taxi: We also recommend hailing a taxi from the main road near our hotel. This is often the fastest and most economical option.

*Please note that we can only book a taxi at the time of departure, not in advance. If you require a scheduled taxi, we kindly suggest contacting a car hire company to arrange this service.
