EARLY/LATE ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE
• Check-in time is from 2 pm-9 pm. If you plan to arrive later than 9pm, please contact us and advise your expected arrival time so that we hold your room.
• Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to send us an email to arrange storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.
• Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.
• Please check with the Hotel’s Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on the availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12pm to 6pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6 pm.
• We do not have breakfast service at the property.
CHILDREN AND BEDS
• Children 10 and older are allowed at this hotel. Children under 10 are not allowed. No cribs are available.
• No extra beds are available. However extra futon (mattress on the floor for 1 person) is available, please contact us for the fee at email@example.com
• Pets are not allowed.
• We provide daily housekeeping services for your room. Fresh linens & towels will be provided complimentary every four days unless otherwise requested sooner (*for a small fee). Please contact our staff for further details.
• By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s standard terms and conditions of stay.
• The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
• The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
• The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, reckless or accidental act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure.
Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Deposit JPY20000 will be collected upon arrival.
REMOVAL OF HOTEL PROPERTY
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent.
The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges.
Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
